Where Can a Client Edit Their Profile?

You can update your personal details and change your password directly from the web panel at any time.

How to Edit Profile Information

Go to Settings → Profile.

Click Edit:

On the page that opens:

Update the necessary fields:

Timezone

Your local timezone

Company

Your company name

Name

Your first and last name

Email

Your email address for notifications

Phone

Your phone number

Email for Billing

Email address for invoices and billing

Notification limit

The balance threshold at which you receive a low balance notification

Email for Price Updates

Email address for price change notifications

Click Save.

To enable two-factor authentication, click Enable 2FA on the Profile page.

How to Change Password

Go to Settings → Profile.

Click Change password:

On the page that opens:

Update the necessary fields:

The new password you want to set

Confirm New Password

Repeat the new password to confirm

Click Save Changes.

Your profile changes take effect immediately after saving.
