The SMPP platform GATUM is designed to make your work as efficient as possible. Therefore, a mechanism was developed for storing actions during moderation and saving them into traffic filters.
In order to see which filters are already automated on your platform, you need to:
- Go to the Settings -> Firewall -> Existing filters tab.
- The results of your actions on moderation are displayed here.
Allowed status means that SMS with such content has been approved for moderation. Now, every time a similar SMS arrives in the system, it will not be moderated, but will be sent automatically.
The Rejected status means that SMS with such content was rejected for moderation. Now, every time a similar SMS arrives in the system, it will not be moderated, but will automatically be rejected.
Moderation status means that this SMS is still awaiting moderation action.
By filtering at the top of the page, you can check for an automated filter if you already have many.
That’s how easy the system remembers your actions and you don’t have to do double work.
