Prefixes define the number ranges associated with each MCC/MNC combination and are used by the platform to identify the destination network for each message. The platform ships with a pre-loaded prefix database for all countries, but you can add, edit, or remove entries at any time to keep it accurate.
Create a Prefix
Go to Current traffic → Prefixes.
Click Create a prefix.

In the window that opens:

Fill in the fields:
|
Field |
Description |

|
Priority |

|
Mnp Status (optional) |
Whether this prefix applies to ported numbers. Defaults to No. |
|
File (CSV, TXT) (optional) |
Upload a file containing multiple prefix values instead of entering them manually. |

Click Create.
Edit a Prefix
Use the search filters at the top of the Prefixes page – Direction, Prefix, or MNP – to locate the entry you need. Once found, click the edit icon in the row.

The edit form contains the same fields as the create form. To find a prefix by phone number, enter the number in the Prefix field and click Search. If no result appears, remove the last digit and search again – repeat until the platform returns a match.
