Moderation lets you review a client's outgoing messages before they are sent. Depending on the mode you choose, either all messages or only those that trigger content filters will be held for your approval.
Go to Profiles → Clients.
In the client's row, click the edit icon.

In the client edit form, find the Moderation field and select a mode.

Select the required option:
|
Option |
What it does |
|
No |
All messages are sent immediately without any moderation. |
|
Automatic |
Only messages that trigger the content filters configured in Settings → Firewall → Control text are held for review. |
|
Manual |
All of the client's messages are held and must be approved or rejected one by one. |
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Once saved, messages that require review will appear on the Moderation page under Current traffic.
Approve or Deny Messages on Moderation
Go to Current traffic → Moderation.
Select the messages you want to act on using the checkboxes, then click Approve to release them for sending or Deny to reject them.

The page also shows Senders on moderation – sender names that are pending approval. Each sender has its own Approve and Deny buttons in the Actions column and can be reviewed independently of the message queue.
