Why Do SMS Get Into the Waiting List?

12.06.2026

When there is not enough balance to send all messages in a campaign, the platform automatically moves the unsent SMS to the Waiting SMS queue instead of dropping them. Once you top up your balance, you can resend them manually.

For example, if you sent a campaign of 10,000 messages but only had enough balance for 8,700, the remaining 1,300 will be saved in the waiting queue.

This only applies to SMS sent from the web panel. If the balance runs out during sending via SMPP, API, or REST API, those messages are dropped and cannot be recovered.

How to Resend Waiting SMS

First, make sure your account balance is topped up — waiting SMS will not be sent automatically when you add funds; you need to trigger the resend manually.

Go to Traffic → Waiting SMS.

Click the Resend all button in the top right corner to resend all messages from the queue:

How to Delete Waiting SMS

If you no longer need the messages in the queue, click the Delete selected button in the top right corner of the page to delete them:
