When an aggregator notifies you of an upcoming price change, you can schedule it in advance so the new rate takes effect automatically at the exact date and time – without any manual intervention on the day.
Go to Current traffic → Costs → Source prices.
In the row of the price you want to update, click the clock icon.
In the window that opens:
Fill in the fields:

The new price that will replace the current one. The current price is shown as a placeholder in the field. |

The date and time when the new price should take effect. |
Click Save.
Once saved, the clock icon in the price row turns red. Hovering over it shows the scheduled new price and the exact time it will be applied.
