How to Provide Access to Resellers?

You can control what each reseller can see and do in the platform. Permissions are split into roles — ready-made access templates — and separate permits that let you grant access to specific sections.

Before You Start

Make sure the reseller account is already created. If not, create it first in Profiles → Resellers.

How to Set Permissions for a Reseller

Go to Settings → Config → Permissions → Resellers.

Click on a reseller's account name:

On the page that opens:

In the Roles section, select one or more roles to assign a pre-defined access template:

Full access to all platform features

Administrator

General administrative access

Administrator support service

Access to support-related sections

Routing administrator

Access to routing configuration

Administrator – finance

Access to financial data and settings

Administrator – billing

Access to billing management

Reseller

Standard reseller access

Manager

Access to management features

Reseller-manager

Combined reseller and manager access

Supplier

Access to supplier-related sections

In the Separate Permits section, you can grant access to specific menu sections:

After necessary edits, click Update.

The reseller will get access to the selected sections immediately after saving.
