You can export your incoming SMS to a file and download it to your device. This is useful if you want to save a history of received messages or analyze them outside the platform.
Go to Traffic → Incoming SMS.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select the messages you want to export.
Click the Export button in the top right corner of the page:
The system will start generating the file.
Go to Traffic → Incoming SMS Reports.
Wait for the file status to change to Ready. If the status shows Pending, the file is still being generated.
Once the status is Ready, click the download icon on the right side of the row to save the file to your device:
A system download window will open — select the location on your device where you want to save the file, and it will be downloaded there.
