The Incoming SMS section lets you view all SMS messages received from end users. This is useful for two-way communication campaigns or when you need to monitor replies from your contacts.
Before You Start
To receive incoming SMS, your Gatum manager needs to enable this feature and add at least one number for receiving incoming messages to your account. If you don't see the Incoming SMS section in the menu, contact your manager to set it up.
Go to Traffic → Incoming SMS.

Each row in the list shows the details of one incoming message: ID, Direction, Sender ID, Phone, Date Receive, Text SMS, and Campaign.
You can filter the list by ID, Sender ID, Phone, Date receive, Text SMS, or SMS Campaigns to find specific messages.
How to Delete Incoming SMS
Use the checkboxes on the left to select the messages you want to delete.
Click the Delete selected button in the top right corner of the page.
A confirmation window will appear. Click Delete to confirm.
