How to Track the Queue of DLR Reports on SMS Sent via REST API?

12.06.2026

When you send SMS via a REST API connection, the platform tracks the delivery of reports (DLRs) back to your system. This page shows you the current queue of undelivered reports and lets you resend them if needed.

Before You Start

This section is only relevant if you are sending SMS via a REST API connection. If you're using SMPP, see the Queue of SMPP DLRs section.

How It Works

Each DLR report has 5 delivery attempts by default. The platform sends up to 200 reports per attempt.

If your system accepts the report, it is delivered and removed from the queue.

If your system does not respond after all 5 attempts, the report stays in the queue.

The Num Send column on the page shows how many delivery attempts have already been made for each report.

How to View the Queue

Go to Traffic → API DLRs → Queue of RestAPI DLRs.

You can filter the list by Direction, Sender ID, Phone, or Status to find specific reports.

To view the full details of a specific message, click the + icon on the right side of the row, then click the view icon that appears.

How to Resend Reports

If you want to reset the attempt counter and resend all reports in the queue:

Go to Traffic → API DLRs → Queue of RestAPI DLRs.

Click the green circular arrow button in the top right corner of the page (next to the search and filter icons).

The attempt counter will be reset, and each report will get 5 new delivery attempts.

The grey circular arrow next to it is a Refresh button — it simply reloads the page without resending any reports.
