When you send SMS via an API connection, the platform tracks the delivery of reports (DLRs) back to your system. This page shows you the current queue of undelivered reports and lets you resend them if needed.
Before You Start
This section is only relevant if you are sending SMS via an API connection. If you're using SMPP or REST API, see the corresponding DLR sections.
How It Works
Each DLR report has 5 delivery attempts by default. The platform sends up to 200 reports per attempt.
If your system accepts the report, it is delivered and removed from the queue.
If your system does not respond after all 5 attempts, the report stays in the queue.
The Num Send column on the page shows how many delivery attempts have already been made for each report.
How to View the Queue
Go to Traffic → API DLRs → Queue of API DLRs.

You can filter the list by Sender ID, Direction, Phone, Content, or Status to find specific reports.
The Content column shows a preview of each message. To see the full message text, click Show more on the right side of the row.
How to Resend Reports
If you want to reset the attempt counter and resend all reports in the queue:
Go to Traffic → API DLRs → Queue of API DLRs.
Click the green circular arrow button in the top right corner of the page.
The attempt counter will be reset, and each report will get 5 new delivery attempts.
