How to Set Up a Credit for a Client
Credit lets a client keep sending SMS even when their balance reaches zero. There are two types: a permanent credit that's always available, and a temporary overdraw for urgent situations.
Go to Profiles → Clients.
In the Actions column, click the edit icon next to the client.

In the window that opens, find the credit fields:

|
Field |
Description |
|
Allow credit |
Permanent credit amount the client can use when their balance is zero |
|
Allow overdraw (temporary credit) |
Additional temporary amount on top of the permanent credit for urgent needs |
Click Save.
Once set, the client can send SMS using credit funds until they top up their balance.
