How to Top Up a Client’s Balance?

You can top up a client's balance manually at any time from their profile, or give them a credit limit so they can keep sending even when their balance runs low.

Go to Profiles → Clients.

Click on the client's name.

Open the Payments tab.

Click Create in the Payments block.

In the window that opens:

Fill in the fields:

Field

Description

Amount

The amount to add to the client's balance

Status

Check Paid if the payment has already been received

Payment type (optional)

The payment method used (e.g. Bitcoin)

Pay date (optional)

The date of the payment

Invoice (optional)

Link this payment to an existing invoice period

Comments (optional)

Internal notes for this payment

Click Create.

You can also reach the payment form directly from the client list – click the payment icon in the Actions column next to the client you need, without opening their profile first.

The payment will appear in the client's payment history, and their balance will be updated immediately.

How to Set Up a Credit for a Client

Credit lets a client keep sending SMS even when their balance reaches zero. There are two types: a permanent credit that's always available, and a temporary overdraw for urgent situations.

Go to Profiles → Clients.

In the Actions column, click the edit icon next to the client.

In the window that opens, find the credit fields:

Allow credit

Permanent credit amount the client can use when their balance is zero

Allow overdraw (temporary credit)

Additional temporary amount on top of the permanent credit for urgent needs

Click Save.

Once set, the client can send SMS using credit funds until they top up their balance.
