Exporting from SMS full data lets you save a filtered set of message records to a file you can download and share. The export runs in the background – once it's ready, it appears in Reporting Files for download.
Go to Current traffic → SMS full data.
Apply any filters you need to narrow the result set, then click Export.
Go to Current traffic → Reporting Files.
When the file is ready, the Ready column shows a Download link. Click it to save the file to your device.
Each row in Reporting Files records the filter parameters used for that export – including Time Period, Client, Destination, Aggregator, and SMS type – so you can always see exactly what data a file contains. Large exports may take a few moments to generate before the Download link appears.
