How to Enable Products for Customers?

Products define the routing and pricing rules applied to a client's traffic. Assigning a product to a client activates the corresponding routes and prices for that account automatically.

Before You Start

At least one product must exist on the platform before you can assign one to a client. See How to Create a Product if you haven't done this yet.

Go to Profiles → Clients.

Click the edit icon in the client's row.

In the client edit form, find the Product section and select the product you want to assign.

Click Save.

Once saved, all routing and pricing rules associated with the selected product apply to this client immediately. If the product is configured to be visible in the client panel, the client will also see it under their account on the web panel.
