How to Edit a Client Profile?

You can update any client's settings at any time – contact details, sending permissions, credit limits, and more.

Go to Profiles → Clients.

In the Actions column, click the edit icon next to the client.

In the window that opens:

Update any of the following fields:

The changes take effect immediately – the client will see updated settings the next time they log in or send a message.
