How to create customizations for HLR requests?

The GATUM platform is designed in such a way that all functions contribute to effective SMS messaging. Therefore, you can send HLR requests from our platform. You can read what HLR queries are and how they are useful in our blog. They help keep your databases up to date.

IMPORTANT! Find a provider who can accept and process HLR requests.

First, you will need to create routes specifically for HLR:

1. Go to Current traffic -> Routing -> General routes page.
2. Click on the green Create button.

3. Make the default route configuration.
4. IMPORTANT! In the Type field, select HLR.

5. Click on the green Create button.

Create the HLR cost price of the request for the vendor:

1. Go to the Current traffic -> Routing -> Source prices page.
2. Click on the green Create a Cost price button.

3. Make a standard price setting.
4. IMPORTANT! In the SMS Type field, select the HLR value.

5. Click on the green Create a Cost price button.

Set a price for the client.

1. Go to Profiles -> Clients page.
2. Go to the client’s profile by clicking on his name.
3. In the Prices block, click on the green Create button.

4. Make a standard price setting.
5. IMPORTANT! In the SMS field, select the HLR value.

6. Click on the green Create button.

All preliminary settings have been made and now you can send HLR requests.
