How to track the queue of reports on sent SMS via SMPP?

The GATUM platform is designed in such a way that you can control all the processes of sending and receiving traffic and share it with your clients. Therefore, a function has been created that allows you to track the receipt of reports on sent SMS via an SMPP connection.

This page almost copies the one of the same name in the admin panel, only here the report queue of this particular client is displayed.

Each report has 5 attempts by default to be sent to the client. If the client accepts the report, then it is sent and removed from the queue. If the client does not receive the report all 5 times, then he remains in the queue. The reporting rate is 200 reports per attempt, but this rate can be adjusted on demand.

For reports sent via SMPP connection, there is a function that resets the attempts counter and sends the report again, that is, an additional 5 attempts are added.

In order to resend the report, you need to:

  1. Go to the Traffic -> Responses -> SMPP DLRs page.
  2. Click on the green Resend all button. The number of attempts will be updated and reports will be sent 5 more times.
