How to top up the balance for a client?

The GATUM platform is designed in such a way that you can quickly carry out any operations on your client’s account. This also applies to the mechanism for replenishing the balance for your customers.

You can see what options the client has on the platform in the Admin panel -> Profiles -> Clients tab.

In order to top up a client’s balance, you need:

  1. Go to the Profiles -> Clients page in the admin panel.
  2. Go to the customer profile.
  3. In the Payments block, click on the green Create button.

The client will be given the opportunity to send SMS with a negative balance, using credit money. Let me remind you that a permanent credit is the amount of money that is provided to the client on an ongoing basis. For example: a client has on his balance the amount to send 1000 SMS, but he needs more SMS, and he cannot replenish the balance right now, then he uses money on credit. Temporary credit – the amount of money that is added to a permanent credit if the client has an urgent need to send SMS right now, but there is not enough money either on the balance sheet or in the permanent credit.

This is how you can easily replenish the balance of the client and provide him with basic and temporary credits.
