In order for you to be able to save reports on all sent SMS, a function has been developed on the GATUM platform that allows you to export reports on sent SMS to a file and download it to your device.
In order to export incoming SMS, the client needs:
- Go to the Traffic -> SMS full data page in the client panel.
- Click on the green Export button.
3. Go to Traffic -> Reporting files page.
4. In the DLR status section, when the file is ready, click on the word Download. The file will download to your device.
This is how easily you can export reports on sent SMS to a file.
