How can a client view incoming SMS?

The functionality of the GATUM platform is quite extensive, so your clients can receive incoming SMS from end users and view them in their web panel. The SMS Inbox feature is especially useful if your clients want to communicate directly with their customers or when sending 2Way mailings.

IMPORTANT! In order for the client to receive incoming SMS, you need to make the appropriate setting in his profile. You can see the settings for incoming SMS in the Admin panel -> Current traffic -> Incoming SMS tab.

In order to view incoming SMS to a client, he needs to:

  1. Go to the Traffic -> Incoming SMS page in the client panel.

IMPORTANT! This tab will appear in the client’s menu if at least one number for receiving incoming SMS is added to his profile.

Each SMS line displays information about the content of that incoming SMS.

To find the desired SMS, if the client has a large list of them, you can use the filtering at the top. There you can filter SMS by date of receipt, sender number, sender’s name, etc. This will make the search as fast and relevant as possible.

To delete incoming SMS, you need to select the desired SMS using the checkmark on the right and click on the Delete selected numbers button.

Also, you can configure the display of incoming SMS via SMPP protocol. To do this, make the appropriate setting in the client profile. You can see the settings for displaying incoming SMS via SMPP protocol in the Admin panel -> Current traffic -> Incoming SMS tab.
