We’ve improved how users work with SMS, manage data, and use different platform
features. We’ve also fixed issues that could affect daily tasks and made the system more
stable. These changes help users work more smoothly, avoid errors, and have a better overall
experience with the platform.

We’re expanding the platform beyond SMS with new messaging channels to help you reach
customers in more ways.

WhatsApp Channel

Overview: Connect with customers through WhatsApp directly from the platform. Send
messages using your business number, manage conversations in one place, prioritize chats
that need a reply, and track message delivery statuses.
Value: Reach customers on WhatsApp while managing communication alongside your SMS
operations.

Email Channel

Overview: Create and send email campaigns directly from the platform. Use an HTML
editor, verify your sending domain, track delivery statistics, and manage domain warm-up
limits. You can also send transactional emails and one-time passwords through the API.
Value: Add email to your existing SMS workflows and manage multiple communication
channels from one platform.

New Features

Delete All or Resend Selected Waiting SMS

Change: The Waiting SMS page now has “Delete all” and “Resend selected” buttons.
Value: Manage queued messages in a few clicks instead of one by one.

Check the Phone List Size in SMS Compose

Change: SMS Compose now checks the phone list and accepts up to 50,000 numbers per send.
Value: You know right away when a list is too large, before sending.

Use the Cabinet in Turkish

Change: Turkish is now available as an interface language. Built-in elements such as date pickers
and tables are translated too.
Value: Work in your own language.

Improvements

Check SMS Length Before Sending

Change: The SMS sending form now checks the maximum message length and shows an
error if the text is too long.
Value: No unexpected split or rejected messages.

Show Clear Error Messages

Change: Unexpected server errors now show a clear, friendly message instead of technical details.
Value: A cleaner experience and no confusing error screens.

Show the AI Assistant Only With ChatGPT

Change: The AI assistant button is hidden until the ChatGPT app is installed from the
Marketplace.
Value: No buttons that lead nowhere.

Generate Integration Tokens Reliably

Change: Tokens for Marketplace integrations are now generated on the server.
Value: Tokens are created correctly every time you set up an integration.

Upload Records Right After Creating a Database

Change: After you create a database, the “Upload records” screen opens first.
Value: Fill a new database without extra clicks.

Scroll the Database List in SMS Compose

Change: The database section of the SMS Compose page now scrolls.
Value: Pick a database easily even when you have many of them.

Show Google Sign-in Only When It Is Set Up

Change: The “Sign in with Google” option appears only when Google sign-in is configured
for your platform, and it brings you back to your own cabinet address.
Value: No sign-in buttons that do not work.
