The Marketplace section was created on the platform in order to simplify some of the mechanisms of your work and make it more efficient. There are third-party services from different directions: online banking, mail, chats, etc. Each of these services performs its own function on the platform. Now we will look at the Privat24 service and its integration.
This is a service that displays the current exchange rates for the Euro, Dollar, Hryvnia and Ruble. Integration with it makes it possible to receive up-to-date data on the exchange rate on the platform. Currency rates will be updated every hour in the Currency Rates tab. And if your supplier, for example, quotes you with a cost price in euros, then all other prices in other currencies (which are configured on your platform) are updated according to the price in euros and the updated exchange rate.
In order to integrate the service, you need:
- Go to Settings -> Marketplace -> Applications page.
- Opposite the Privat24 service, click on the airplane icon. You will be redirected to the page where you will make the necessary settings.
The most important thing here is to configure each field according to your requirements. The first 4 fields are filled in automatically.
- In the Option 1 field, paste the link https://api.privatbank.ua/p24api/pubinfo?json&exchange&coursid=5.
- Click on the Save button.
After integration, the service will appear in the Installed tab.
It’s so easy to set up the function of updating the exchange rate on the platform. This will significantly save your work time and make it more efficient.
