The SMPP platform GATUM is designed in such a way that all your information will be safe and you can selectively provide access to it. Also, administrators can be granted different roles and given access to different levels of information.
Before granting access to the administrator, you need to create it. You can see how to do this on the Admin panel -> Settings -> Config -> Permissions -> Administrators page.
In order to provide access, you need:
- Go to Settings -> Config -> Permissions -> Administrators page.
- Click on the name of the administrator you need.
In the Roles block – templates of ready-made accesses, the content of which you can determine by name.
In the block Separate permits – you can provide access to information pointwise.
For example, if you create an account for your accountant, then he needs to see information on all financial activities. Then, using the checkmark, you must select the role Administrator – billing for it.
And if you still want to give him, for example, the ability to create new options for crediting money, then in the access block, select Other -> Payment methods.
- Click on the green Update button to save your changes.
Depending on the information required by the administrators, you will grant them the appropriate permissions and roles.
