The GATUM platform is designed in such a way that your client can view SMS reports that were sent through any possible connection, including via the REST API protocol.
In order to configure automatic sending of reports for a client, you need to:
- Go to Profiles -> Clients page.
- Go to the client editing page by clicking on the edit icon.
- In the DLR webhook block, in the URL for send RestAPI SMS State field, enter the address where reports will be sent to the client for each SMS sent. This address should be sent by the client, and the administrator’s task is only to insert it into the field. For example, https://sweetshop.domain.com/dlr. The programmers who will implement the integration will understand everything.
- Click on the green Save button.
