How can a client export incoming SMS to a file?

So that incoming SMS is not lost, a function has been developed on the GATUM platform that allows you to export incoming SMS to a file and download it to your device.

In order to export incoming SMS, the client needs:

1. Go to the Traffic -> Incoming SMS page in the client panel.
2. Select the SMS you want to export using the checkmark.
3. Click on the green Export button.

4. Go to Reports -> Incoming files page.

5. In the Ready section, when the file is ready, click on the word Download. The file will download to your device.
