Los mensajes entrantes se pueden utilizar para el env\u00edo de correos 2Way o cuando se comunica con un cliente (cuando el cliente env\u00eda un SMS al n\u00famero que se le asign\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1IMPORTANTE! Antes de comenzar a configurar los SMS entrantes en la plataforma, debe conectarse con el proveedor que le enviar\u00e1 estos SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para configurar la recepci\u00f3n de SMS entrantes para un cliente, debe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vaya a la p\u00e1gina Profiles -&gt; Clients en el panel de administraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Vaya al perfil del cliente que necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Vaya a la secci\u00f3n Incoming SMS y haga clic en el bot\u00f3n Create.
